- Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used hair oil bottles
- Items purchased during clearance sales
- Free samples or promotional items
Refunds & Exchanges
- Eligible returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- You may opt for a replacement or store credit if preferred.
Return Shipping
- Free return shipping on damaged or incorrect items.
- For other returns, shipping charges may apply.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@crownherb.in with your order ID and reason for return.
- We’ll guide you through the next steps and provide a return label if applicable.
- Pack the item securely and drop it off at your nearest courier service.
